BATS Trading Limited (BATS Europe) is authorised and regulated by the FSA as the operator of a Multilateral Trading Facility (MTF). BATS Europe oversees and regulates all trading conducted on the BATS MTF and takes its responsibilities in this - and every other regard - very seriously and will continue to work to maintain the integrity of the BATS Europe marketplace.
