Use of BATS Content

In order to use any BATS logo, data, or content (collectively "BATS Content"), you must receive approval in advance from BATS. To formally request approval, you must:

  1. Submit a Request to Use BATS Content to BATS.
  2. Acknowledge that you have reviewed and accept the Terms and Conditions for using BATS Content by signing and faxing the Terms and Conditions to +1.913.815.7119; and
  3. Wait for BATS to review and respond to your request. BATS will typically review and respond to requests within five business days, but is under no obligation to respond within that time frame.

Request to Use BATS Content

In order to use any BATS logo, data, or content (collectively "BATS Content"), you must receive approval in advance from BATS. To request approval, send an e-mail to permissions@batstrading.com with the following information clearly defined:

  1. Exact name, title, organization and contact information of the person requesting permission;
  2. An explanation of how you intend to use and display the BATS Content;
  3. Screenshots, samples, and/or links that demonstrate how and where the BATS Content will be displayed, if applicable;
  4. If requesting data for academic purposes, an affirmative statement that the data will be used for academic research and/or academic publication only, and will not be used for trading purposes or the development of trading strategies;
  5. Distribution plans and estimated circulation (hits per month, copies mailed out, number of subscribers, etc.); and
  6. Any other information that might be relevant in deciding whether to approve or not approve your request.

BATS will typically review and respond to requests within five days, but is under no obligation to respond within that time frame.

Submitting a Request to Use BATS Content in no way grants or implies permission to use BATS Content in any form.
